No. Smash & Stay is reserved exclusively for overnight group bookings. The full estate — including all four courts — is dedicated to registered guests only.

The home accommodates up to 16 guests across five bedrooms. Final pricing adjusts automatically based on guest count during booking.

Guests have exclusive access to the main residence, four courts, pool, spa, and all primary outdoor areas during their stay. There is a separate accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located above and along the driveway that is occupied by long-term tenants. It is fully independent from the main estate and does not share living or recreational spaces.

Smash & Stay is designed for organized group retreats and pickleball-focused gatherings. Large public events, amplified parties, or outside guests beyond those included in the reservation are not permitted. Events, pickleball tournaments, or filming, may be permitted but must be pre-approved in advance (subject to additional costs). Yes. The courts are equipped with lighting for evening play. We simply ask guests to respect local quiet hours.

Peak weekends require a minimum stay. Availability and stay requirements are reflected in the booking calendar.

The primary suite is located upstairs and requires stair access. Please review the bedroom layout to ensure it fits your group’s needs.
